We recognise that long term Natural Resource Management change can only be achieved through dynamic and sustainable communities. We aim to empower and engage the community by encouraging involvement and collaboration at each stage of the project management process, from planning to implementation. Our primary goal is to inform, consult, raise awareness, transfer information, engage and educate the broader community.
Our ten decentralised office locations ensure that we have skilled and locally based staff in the communities that we live in and service. Our staff have a broad range of knowledge relating to the management of natural resource issues. They undertake a number of functions within the Lachlan CMA. Staff provide extension services, which include site visits, providing technical and general information, providing options and supporting people as they make significant changes to their land management practices. Our staff also provide community support, hosting and organising field days.
